The venture studio model is my passion. I have talked with over 400 studios around the world, from some of the most established to new and emerging studios. I've authored studio whitepapers (Redesigning Entrepreneurship), developed studio financial models, and studied studio design which lead to my creation of a Universal Studio design framework.
